Chronology <br /> 16555 Von Sosten Rd, Tracy <br /> 07/11/91 PHS/EHD letter which requested additional investigation after <br /> review of the Problem Assessment Report. <br /> 10/18/91 Work plan for 2 additional monitoring wells. <br /> 01/14/92 Monitoring wells 2, 5, 6, 7, and 8 were sampled. MW2 and MW6 <br /> had groundwater contamination <br /> 01/24/92 Monitoring wells 9 and 10 installed. <br /> 01/29/92 Monitoring wells 3,4,9 and 10 were sampled with the results non <br /> detect. <br /> 04/07/92 Monitoring wells 2,5,6,9 and 10 were sampled with monitoring <br /> wells 2 and 6 still evidencing groundwater contamination. <br /> 07/29/92 Monitoring wells 2,5,6,9 and 10 were sampled with monitoring <br /> wells 2 and 6 still evidencing groundwater contamination. j <br /> 10/07/92 Monitoring wells 2,5 and 6 sampled with monitoring wells 2 and 6 <br /> still evidencing groundwater contamination. <br /> 04/27/93 The school district reported they had no money to proceed with <br /> remediation. They have applied to California Department of <br /> General Services, Office of Local Assistance for funds. Low levels of groundwater <br /> contamination was evidenced. <br /> 06/13/95 A work plan for soil probing and grab groundwater sampling was <br /> received by PHS/EHD. <br /> 06/26/95 Five soil probes were performed with soil samples and one grab <br /> water sample collected.
