Gi�undwater Technology prepared a Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan(SSHSP)in accordance <br /> with Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA)Standard'Hazardous Waste Operations and <br /> Emergency Response' (29 CFR 1910.120). The plan, addressed potential chemical and physical <br /> exposures that Groundwater Technology personnel and subcontractors could encounter white working <br /> at the site. All personnel contracted for the field investigation on site wore required to have completed <br /> the 40 hour health and safety training requirements under OSHA Standard,29 CFR 1910.120,and to have <br /> reviewed and signed the SSHSP prepared for this investigation. <br /> To avoid damage to underground utilities and ensure safety while drilling,Underground Service <br /> Alert(USA)was contacted to notify the various utility companies to mark the locations of their respective <br /> • �+J GROUNDWATER <br /> -.
