Because of this, they wish PureGro to <br /> complete the work as soon as possible. Another wrinkle is that PureGro is also being <br /> sold, probably about 1 February 1993. According to that sale agreement, Unocal <br /> (PureGro's parent company) will be responsible for completing any outstanding cleanup <br /> work.
