The new <br /> well would provide information needed to determine if a plume of feed product is being <br /> transported in the ground water from the site. Water-level data indicate that shallow ground water <br /> is moving west, towards the Port of Stockton office!complex. <br /> I <br /> Sierra-Pacific's work plan is enclosed for your consideration. Figure 3 shows the proposed well <br /> location site. Figure 4 shows the basic well design. -Please call me'if you have technical questions <br /> about the project site or workplan. Call Mr. W.T. Nickerson if you have other concerns.
