Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any <br /> public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207, San <br /> Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb, and F-lc and the <br /> Liberty Fire District prior to issuance of the building <br /> permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> g. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. Subdivision <br /> Map Act Section 66411. 1) <br /> 3 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. (San Joaquin <br /> Planning County Title Section 10100) <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be <br /> taken and run by a State-approved lab. (San Joaquin <br /> County Planning Title 9-10100-05) <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862 , Section 5-4100) as follows: Pit well <br /> must be properly sealed and the well discharge pipe must <br /> be plumbed over the top of the standpipe and have twice <br /> the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from top of <br /> the standpipe, or install San Joaquin County approved <br /> backflow valves. <br /> d. Repair existing septic system under a sanitation permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003_; the existing leach line <br /> must be cut off 5 feet from property line going on to <br /> adjacent property. <br /> e. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. (San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code Section 5-3003) <br /> f. Construct an individual domestic water well under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division at the time of development. San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance No. 1862 , Section 5-4100) <br />
