SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY
r' Oz DEPARTMENT OF PUNNING AND BUILDING INSPECTION
1810 E. HAZELTON AVE., STOCKTON, CA 95205 CHET DAVISSON
PLANNING PHONE: 209/944.3722 af°ct0f
c4ivoRP BUILDING PHONE: 209/944-3701 JERRY HERZICK
Deputy Director
TOM WALKER
Deputy Director
November 18 , 1987
MEMORANDUM
TO : Development Committee
FROM: Harry Isla, Associate Planner
Subject : SP-88-1 Pre-Application of
California Cedar Products
( c/o Jack Dozier)
This item will be reviewed on November 25 , 1987 . If formal
application is submitted by November 30 , 1987 , the item will be
scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting of January 21 , 1988 .
The proposal is a six-foot , westward realignment of the Wilcox Road
right of way south of State Route 88 . The existing road stub will
remain within the modified alignment .
The right of way will retain an 84-foot width , the standard for
industrial roads .
The Public Works Department does not object to the proposal .
Therefore , the Planning Division intends to recommend approval of
SP-88-1 provided the applicant acquires and dedicates an additional
six-foot strip west of the existing designated right of way. In
addition, the County may request dedication of the 24-foot right of
way width across the frontage of the California Cedar Products
parcel .
HI : d1
RA7
ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH
FERMIT/SERVICES
