SP-88-1 OF FRANK BUDISELICH <br /> (C/O CALIFORNIA CEDAR PRODUCTS COMPANY & JACK C . DOZIER) <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> On January 13 , 1988 , the Planning Division received a request for <br /> continuance on this item. The request was submitted by Mr . Frank <br /> Budiselich, the owner of the property that would be added to the <br /> Wilcox Road right-of-way under the realignment proposed by <br /> California Cedar Products. The reason given for the request is <br /> that Mr. Budiselich has not agreed to make his property available <br /> for the California Cedar Products proposal . Under the cir- <br /> cumstances, the Planning Division recommends that the continuance <br /> request be granted.
