CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR <br /> SU-87-24 <br /> Linda Lindberg <br /> (Approved on September 1, 1987) <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to recordation of the Final Map. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Access for Lot 4 shall be restricted from the private <br /> portion of Vacco Road. <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements <br /> may also apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> b. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County <br /> of San Joaquin Department of Public Works. <br /> C. All improvement plans and specifications must be approved <br /> by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works <br /> prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> d. If improvements referred to herein are not completed <br /> prior to the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider <br /> shall execute an agreement with the County of San Joaquin <br /> which will ensure the completion of improvements within <br /> one (1) year after filing the Final Map. <br /> e. Golden Hills Place shall be fully improved in accordance <br /> with the standards for a 50-foot-wide right-of-way rural <br /> road. Vacco Road shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the standards for a 50-foot-wide right-of-way rural road, <br /> except the pavement width shall be 20 feet. Vacco Road <br /> shall be graded, and the roadside ditches shall be <br /> constructed to conform to the ultimate pavement width of <br /> 32 feet. <br /> f. Vacco Road (50 feet wide) from Fine Road through the east <br /> right-of-way return for Golden Hills Place shall be <br /> acquired by the subdivider and dedicated to San Joaquin <br /> County. In the event the subdivider is unable to acquire <br /> the right-of-way, he shall request the County Real <br /> Property Agent to acquire the property on his behalf. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - (SU-87-24) <br />
