SU-87-24 FOR LINDA DEHAAN <br /> LINDBERG <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> The Planning Division recommends approval of Time Extension <br /> Application No. TE-91-1. The Time Extension is granted for a <br /> period of three years from the original expiration date of <br /> September 1, 1990. The time extension and the approval of the <br /> tentative map shall expire on September 1, .1993 . No further time <br /> extensions will be allowed. The originally approved conditions for <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. SU-87-24 shall remain in effect. <br /> The Conditions of Approval are as follows: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> All conditions shall be met prior to the approval of the Final Map, <br /> unless otherwise specified. <br /> 1. Planning Division <br /> All dwellings shall be constructed on the high ground of each <br /> parcel or have finished floor- elevations 18 inches above the <br /> natural ground elevation. <br /> 2 . Department of Public Works: <br /> a. All improvements shall be in conformance with the <br /> Improvement Standards and Specifications of the County <br /> of San Joaquin Department of Public Works. <br />
