WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> QUALITY ASSURED PACKING, INC. _7_ <br /> STOCKTON TERMINAL <br /> EASTERN RAILROAD OF NEVADA CORP. <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> to prevent an odor nuisance, and meet the Board' s requirements. The <br /> Report will specifically address compliance with Discharge Prohibition <br /> A.3 and Discharge Specifications B. 1, B.2, B.3, B.6, and B.7. It will <br /> include the maximum blending ratios for wastewater and irrigation <br /> water, and the means by which water destined for the disposal fields <br /> will be blended. In addition, the Technical Report will include an <br /> analysis of the potential for ground water quality impacts due to the <br /> elevated total dissolved solids content of the wastewater. <br /> 2. The Discharger may be required to submit other technical reports as <br /> directed by the Executive Officer. <br /> 3. The Discharger shall manage its wastewater discharge according to the <br /> Operational Plan as approved by the Executive Officer. <br /> 4. The Discharger shall comply with the attached Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program No. <br /> 5. The Discharger shall comply with the "Standard Provisions and <br /> Reporting Requirements, " dated 1 February 1990, which are a part of <br /> this Order. <br /> 6. The Discharger shall report promptly to the Board any material change <br /> or proposed change in the character, location, or volume of the <br /> discharge. <br /> 7. The Board will review this Order periodically and may revise <br /> requirements when necessary. <br /> I , WILLIAM H.
