Since it cannot be determined how long the <br /> hazardous waste has been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste <br /> under manifest. Submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> A vacuum containing metal fines was observed with a hazardous waste label and a start date of 8/11/16.A <br /> 55-gallon metal drum of paper filters lacked the accumulation start date.A 55-gallon drum of used antifreeze was <br /> lacking the hazardous waste property, but Todd Teresi corrected this label at the time of inspection.All hazardous <br /> waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> Since the metal fines container has been on site longer than 90 days and it can not be determined how long the <br /> paper filters container has been on site, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this <br /> waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> Note: This violation was not corrected on site, as incorrectly indicated on the checklist above. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Notes: <br /> -Waste streams observed: used oil, used antifreeze, metal oil filters, waste paint, used paint filters, oily solids <br /> (including paper filters), oily rags, metal fines, lead acid batteries, and fluorescent lamps/ballasts. <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. The EHD has written the <br /> complete report which replaces the initial checklist. The report was amended by the EHD.
