Aboveground Storage Tank Integrity Assessment Report TERESI TRUCKING 900'/2 Victor Road, Lodi, California 1.0. INTRODUCTION AND PURPOSE At the request of Teresi Trucking (Facility), located at 900'/2 Victor Road, Lodi, California, Advanced GeoEnvironmental has prepared this Aboveground Storage Tank Integrity Assessment Report to evaluate the condition of the waste oil tank used at the Facility. Additionally, this assessment addresses compliance issues with aboveground storage tank (AST) requirements for use as a vessel for temporary storage and accumulation of the waste oil from the Facility industrial activity. The Facility location map is included as Figure 1. The Facility site map is included as Figure 2. Figure 3 shows the top and east side view of the AST. The professional engineer AST assessment certification is included after the title page. Specific sections of the assessment are also certified in Table 1. 2.0. TANK ASSESSMENT On 29 January 2019, the performance of a visual inspection and hydrostatic pressure test was performed on the 800-gallon waste oil AST located at the Facility. Below is a detail description of the AST manufacturing specifications and visual characteristics. 2.1. TANK DESCRIPTION The tank is an 800-gallon double walled AST, with the outer shell having a 110% containment capacity of the inner tank. The AST description is included in Table 2. 2.1.1. Tank Name and Markings The AST is identified by site personnel as the waste oil tank. There are labels clearly legible on the west side of the AST, including the following: • Emergency Vent Secondary • Used Oil "Waste Hauler Pickup Dates" • Waste Evac • Used Oil Only 2.1.2. Tank Age and Remaining Service Life — 22 CCR § 66265.192 (k)(3), (11) The age of this AST is estimated at 20 years, while the remaining service life is estimated at 10 to 15 years.
