Tank Construction <br /> The AST description specifications are included in Table 2 and is described with the <br /> following features: <br /> • Cuboid in shape. <br /> • Horizontal with orientation from north to south — 22 CCR § 66265.192 (k)(1). <br /> • Construction is of 1-inch steel for both the inner and outer shell— 22 CCR § <br /> 66265.192 (k)(2)(A&B). <br /> • Corrosion protected coating has been applied by the manufacturer during the <br /> construction process — 22 CCR § 66265.192 (k)(5). <br /> • It is anchored to the ground. <br /> • Other identifying features are the "Hazardous Waste" content removable labels <br /> visible on the west face of the tank. <br /> 2.1.4. Tank Ancillary Equipment <br /> The AST ancillary equipment includes primary and secondary emergency vent fittings, <br /> waste oil catch pans, and a total of seven (7) various compartment ports. <br /> 2.2. OVERFLOW PROTECTION <br /> The tank does not have high level overfill monitoring system. Overfill prevention is <br /> performed manually by Facility personnel. Oil levels are inspected before and after <br /> discarding waste oil into the tank utilizing a dipstick. <br /> 2.2.1.
