In addition, there are C Cs in soil gas <br /> detected at the ranges set forth below: 1,3-butadiene (3.5 28 micrograms per <br /> cubic meter ("ug/m3"), tetrachloroethylene (9.2 — 14,000 ug/m3). Based on the <br /> Final Risk Assessment for residential land use, the Department concluded that <br /> use of the Property as a residence, hospital, school for pe sons under the age of . <br /> 21 or day care center would entail an unacceptable huma health risk. The <br /> Department further concluded that the Property, as remed ated, and subject to <br /> the restrictions of a Land Use Covenant, does not present an unacceptable <br /> threat to human health or safety or the environment, if limited to commercial and <br /> industrial, or other appropriate use. <br /> Based on these results, a covenant to restrict the property use was recorded in <br /> September 2010. <br /> 6.
