(AGE) is hereby granted permissionl''to perform a subsurface <br /> investigation at the San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery located on Cemetery Lane, Stockton, California <br /> (the site). The subsurface investigation is being conducted to assess soil and ground water for <br /> contaminants relatedto former operations conducted at 2801 North West Lane,Stockton,California <br /> The investigation is being conducted under the oversight of the Central Valley Regional Water, <br /> Quality Control Board. <br /> Investigatory activities to be conducted on the site will consist of adv ting two soil borings to a <br /> depth of approximately 65 feet below surface grade to collect soil and ground water samples.At the <br /> conclusion of the investigatory activities,the borings will be properly abandoned under permit with <br /> the original grade restored. <br /> All expenses for the subsurface investigation as related to the former activities at the 2801 North <br /> West Lane site as outlined above shall be borne by American Moulding d Millwork Company,and <br /> will be conducted under permit in a timely manner upon approval by the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department. <br /> Msgr. Cain, of the San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery, will be given 48 hours notice prior to the <br /> initiation of field activities, which will be conducted in a manner to ' e disruption of normal <br /> site activities. <br /> rt <br /> E.
