UST 18820006 UST 18820006 was not a UST,rather,it consisted of three individual sums(exempt from state UST regulations,but regulated by the Department of Health Services [D S])connected to a common drain line(Plate 4.1.2). The drain line carried waste water from a steam cleaning operation to a drainage ditch located on the west margin of the site. Kle' elder noted that soil within the steam cleaning area and within the three subsurface concrete taps had been sampled and analyzed and did not contain elevated hydrocarbon concentrations.
