There are two transformers classified as non-PCB
containing currently stored near the west-northwest corner of the"1940"Wilding(Plate 1.2).
These two transformers are scheduled to be recycled.
Previous Investigations
The contents of the transformers currently stored at the"1940"building w= sampled by Electro-
Test,Inc in the early 1980's and the fluid was certified to contain less thar 50 parts per million
(ppm)PCBs classifying the transformers as non PCB containing transfern ers.
Data Gaps
On the basis of the previous sampling events and prior discussions with A VIMC personnel,it is our
opinion that there are no data gaps for the PCB-containing transformers. a four transformers
currently in use at the Millwork Building were observed to be in good con dition with no
indications of releases. The remaining two transformers currently stored r ear the west-northwest
comer of the"1940"building are classified as non PCB containing transformers and scheduled to
be recycled.
Draft
KB61125workplan-ESC MACTEC Engineering and Consulting, Inc. 28
September 28,2005
