As a <br /> result, the design documents do not reflect the level of <br /> formality necessary for competitive bidding purposes. <br /> Please contact me with questions or comments you may have. Note that this action will be affected by the implementation of <br /> the ground water extraction and collection system and the high-strength <br /> waste treatment system.
