CA0081787 <br /> FOR <br /> SPX CORPORATION <br /> MARLEY COOLING TOWER COMPANY <br /> GROUNDWATER EXTRACTION AND TREATMENT SYSTEM <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> For purposes of evaluating compliance with the limitations of Order No. R5-2003-XXXX, the <br /> Discharger shall conduct monitoring and submit reports as specified below. To evaluate compliance <br /> with the limitations of this Order, monitoring should occur within a brief enough period to be able to <br /> evaluate the effect of the effluent on the ambient water quality. The Discharger shall not implement any <br /> changes to this Program unless and until the Regional Board or Executive Officer issues a revised <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program. <br /> INFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Influent samples shall be collected from each of the two treatment systems (ion-exchange and electro <br /> chemical reduction and precipitation) and should be representative of the influent to each system for the <br /> period sampled.
