The report shall discuss the compliance record. If violations have occurred, the <br /> report shall also discuss the corrective actions taken and planned to bring the discharge into full <br /> compliance with the waste discharge requirements. <br /> The Discharger shall submit, in addition to the groundwater monitoring report for the last sampling <br /> event of the year, an annual evaluation report of the groundwater quality beneath the site and <br /> surroundings, hydraulic capture analysis, cleanup progress, discussion of any data gaps and potential <br /> deficiencies in the monitoring system, treatment system performance, and any recommendations to <br /> potentially accelerate site cleanup progress or any modifications to enhance cleanup. <br /> All reports submitted in response to this Order shall comply with the signatory requirements of Standard <br /> Provision D.6. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the first day of the month following <br /> effective date of this Order. <br /> Ordered By: <br /> THOMAS R.
