Closure Summary-Report Addendum'-.Former UST No. 1 <br /> American Moulding and Millwork Company, Inc. <br /> . 2801 North West Lane,,Stockton, California <br /> Site Code 18822 <br /> RECEPTOR SURVEY ADDITIONAL DATA <br /> In Section 1.2. of the Closure Summary Report -Former UST No. 1,'(CSR) prepared by Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) for the American Moulding and Millwork Company site at 2801 <br /> North West Lane, dated 09 August 1999, AGE identified seven private water wells located within <br /> 2,000 feet.of the former UST area of concern. The sites identified having water wells were: <br /> • American Moulding & Millwork Company (AM&M) at 2801 North West Lane, with two <br /> wells; <br /> • St. Joseph's Hospital.(SJH) at 1800 North California Street with one well; <br /> • San Joaquin Catholic Cemetery"(SJCC) at 719 East Harding Way withthree wells; and <br /> • Stockton Rural Ceirietery (SRC) at 23'50 Cemetery Lane with,two wells: <br /> At the time of the survey, AGE was unable to procure well-construction data for the identified wells. <br /> On 20 August 1999, Ms. Carol Oz of they San L Joaquin County Public' Health Services -. <br /> Environmental Health Department (PHS-EHD) telephonically requested additional completion data <br /> for the seven-wells: <br /> ,.To obtain additional information concerning-the construction details of the wells, the completion <br /> intervals in particular, AGE contacted the following agencies with the results noted below: <br /> • The San Joaquin County Public Health Services = Environmental Health Department (PHS- <br /> EHD); Ms. Linda Turkatte conducted a search of well records, including microfiche; and' <br /> found well information for one well located at the SJH. <br /> : The California Department of Water. Resources (DWR) in Sacramento was contacted <br /> regarding wells located in and adjacent to Section2 in Township 1 North and Range 6 East <br /> and in Section 35, ToNvriship 2 North, Range 6 East and procured the following inf6n-nation: <br /> TIN R6E Sec. 2 (one-identified well in SJCC): found the well and also copied information <br /> for wells appearing just outside the search radius to the south and located in the northern . <br /> portion of the former Stockton State Hospital.,No additional wells were found for the search <br /> area. The SJCC well was drilled to 'a depth of 218 feet bsg and had perforations"in the <br /> interval between 194 feet and 214 feet bsg. <br /> T2N R6E Sec. 35. (three monitoring wells installed at. AM&M): found no water well <br /> information for the search area; but did find data for three monitoring wells installed at <br /> Adranced GcoEnvimmental,Inc. <br />
