All hazardous waste containers <br /> shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br /> these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to <br /> dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> On August 5, 2019 this report was amended to include violation#101. <br /> Emailed inspection report to tonygladneysr@gmail.com <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by August 30th, 2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). To schedule an <br /> appointment, please call (209) 468-3420. <br /> Waste streams observed: used oil, waste antifreeze <br /> Inspector provided: Hazardous waste label, label guidance document, link to free CUPA classes, return to <br /> compliance certification. <br /> Notes: <br /> Facility only had one disposal record for 100 gallons of used oil dated 6/7/19.According to staff, used oil is not <br /> often collected on site, and pick up is customarily scheduled only when there is an event that creates waste used <br /> oil. <br /> An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information was lacking. There must be at least one <br /> emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br /> extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, <br /> unless the facility has a direct alarm.
