On a return call Dan said
that the plan would be OK for all workers The
general air should be >50 ppm within 50 feet of
the excavation work
OK to substitute 3M respirators and cartridge if I
was not fit tested for MSA equipment Would have to
use two cartridge on 3M one for organic the other a
HEPA 3M did not make a combination cartridge like
MSA
' Safety Supplier Located a safety supply house in Stockton Delta
Safety Had SFO fax credit info to me and Delta
Safety The had 3M respirators, boots, and safety
glasses
Septic Tank Septic tank was removed and destroyed and hauled
off by Don Lawley's crew Very strong diesel odor
in the ground around the septic tank location
effluent line made of ABS and embedded in drain
rock This line was newer in materials and was
added more recently than the tank installation
ell
