• 0 • i <br /> • Rose Diagram <br /> In addition to the tables and figures, the reports will include water sampling documentation, and <br /> original laboratory reports <br /> 4 2 Summary Report with Fourth Sampling Event <br /> The Summary Report will include a presentation of the findings in text and tabular form, discussion and <br /> assessment of groundwater conditions, and recommendations for closure or further evaluations <br /> Specific tables will include <br /> • Historical water level data for five existing wells and two new wells, <br /> • Compilation of historical and current TPHD data for all seven wells, <br /> The summary report will include the following figures <br /> • Site Location <br /> • Location of existing wells and new wells (former UST locations will also be shown) <br /> • Groundwater contour map for current water level data, <br /> • A compilation of historical and current groundwater contour maps, <br /> • A rose diagram indicating historical and current groundwater flow directions, <br /> In addition to the tables and figures, the report will include water sampling documentation, and original <br /> laboratory reports <br /> 5 0 PROJECT SCHEDULE <br /> The tasks described above will begin after approval of the Work Plan by the PHS/EHD Mobilization <br /> of field personnel and subcontractors will begin approximately four weeks after approval The well <br /> installation and first sampling round will be completed within approximately two weeks of <br /> mobilization Normal turn-around for analytical work is expected to be two to four weeks A report <br /> to the PHS/ESD will be submitted within four weeks following receipt of laboratory results This <br /> schedule assumes normal turn-around for laboratory analysis and no delays due to equipment <br /> breakdown or unforeseen geologic conditions The proposed schedule is tabulated below <br /> DAMES&MOORE $ <br />
