included in the sampling reports 4 0 SITE ASSESSMENT REPORTS The following reports will be prepared as part of this investigation Well Installation and First Sampling Event Report, Second Sampling Event Report, Third Sampling Event Report, and Summary Report with Fourth Sampling Event A brief description of each report is presented below 4 1 Well Installation/First Sampling Event The initial well installation report will include a discussion of the well installation activities, 1 presentation of the findings in text and tabular form, discussion of groundwater conditions, and boring logs and well completion diagrams Specific tables will include • Historical and current water level data for five existing wells and two new wells, • Summary of well construction data for all seven wells, • Compilation of historical and current TPHD data for all seven wells, • Recompilation of water well survey from 1988, The initial well installation report will include the following figures • Site Location • Location of existing wells and new wells (former UST locations will also be shown) • Groundwater contour map for current water level data, • A rose diagram indicating historical groundwater flow directions, In addition to the tables and figures, the report will include well construction diagrams, water sampling documentation, and original laboratory reports 4 2 Second and Third Sampling Event Reports Reports for the second and third quarterly sampling events will include presentation of the findings from the quarterly sampling event in text and tabular form, and a discussion of groundwater conditions Specific tables will include • Historical water level data for five existing wells and two new wells, • Compilation of historical and current TPHD data for all seven wells, The sampling event reports report will include the following figures • Site Location, • Groundwater contour map showing current water level data, and DAMES& MOORE 7
