'Inert waste' does not contain 'designated waste' nor a significant amount of degradable <br /> material. The only water quality threat posed by these wastes is siltation. Examples of <br /> 'inert waste' include construction and demolition wastes such as clean earth,rock, concrete <br /> W <br /> d inert plastics, vehicle tires,uncontaminated clay products,and glass `Inert wastes' <br /> ay be discharged to unclassified waste management units as long as they are prevented <br /> from entering surface waters.
