The generator must ensure that all employees who handle hazardous waste <br /> are thoroughly familiar with proper waste handling and emergency procedures. Oily stained dirt was observed throughout the facility. <br /> Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire,explosion,or release of hazardous <br /> waste to air,sail,or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately dean the <br /> used oil areas and manage the waste according to Title 22 hazardous waste regulations.
