Collect one (1) groundwater sample from each of the four existing wells and one <br /> (1) duplicate sample for QC following monitoring well purging, and submit each <br /> sample to be analyzed by a State of California-approved laboratory for analyses <br /> of TPHg/BTEX and oxygenates,.using EPA Methods 8015NU8020 and 8260, <br /> respectively; and <br /> d. Provide all of the necessary equipment and materials to perform the required <br /> services. This equipment will include groundwater sampling equipment. <br /> Task 4: Reporting and Agency Interaction <br /> Consultant shall: <br /> a. Provide a brief letter report summarizing the groundwater sampling activities; <br /> b. Provide all of the necessary equipment and materials to perform the required <br /> services. This equipment will include drilling, soil sampling and groundwater <br /> sampling equipment,concrete coring equipment, asphalt cold patch or concrete; <br /> and <br /> c. Prepare a report of findings (Soil and Groundwater Investigation Report) for the <br /> subject property,including the location of the new boring, numbers of samples <br /> taken, results of each sample analyzed, and- the conclusions based on the <br /> analyses of these samples. The report will also include the requested items, such <br /> as "Rose Diagrams" and a site specific"Flow Net". The reports will provide an <br /> opinion regarding the potential for environmental contamination of the site with <br /> recommendations. <br /> If this workplan is acceptable to the-PHS/EHD, please contact the undersigned at (818) <br /> 500-1898.
