MONITORING AND REPORTIIPROGRAM NO. _2_ <br /> CAL FARM SUPPLY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> include (a)a groundwater contour map, (b) a description of the quarterly sampling event including field <br /> notes, (c) a description of the status of any ongoing investigation or remediation, (d) if applicable, an <br /> analysis of whether the contaminant plume is being captured by the extraction system, (e)tables <br /> containing the water quality analytical data and depth to groundwater, and (f) a copy of the laboratory <br /> analytical data report. <br /> An annual report which evaluates the effectiveness and progress of the investigation and remediation <br /> shall be submitted to the Board by 30 January of each year. This annual report may be substituted for <br /> the fourth quarter monitoring report. The annual report shall contain the following minimum <br /> information: (a)both tabular and graphical summaries of the monitoring data obtained during the <br /> previous year, (b) groundwater contour maps and contaminant concentration maps, (c) a discussion of <br /> the trends in the concentrations of the pollutants in the groundwater monitoring wells, (d) if applicable, <br /> an analysis of whether the contaminant plume is being captured by the extraction system or is continuing <br /> to spread, (e) if applicable,plans for improving the groundwater extraction or treatment system, (f)the <br /> anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities, (g) if applicable,the reasons for, and duration of, <br /> all interruptions in the operation of the treatment system, (h) an identification of any data gaps and <br /> potential deficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or reporting program, and (i) a proposal <br /> (with rationale) of any desired revisions to the groundwater sampling plan frequency and/or list of <br /> analytes. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations specified in the MRP <br /> shall also be reported to the Board. <br /> Prior to the startup of a groundwater treatment system, the Discharger shall supply Board staff with a <br /> groundwater monitoring program designed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the groundwater <br /> treatment system. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by: <br /> GARY M.
