CALIFORNIA REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGION <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. <br /> FORMER CAL FARM SUPPLY STOCKTON <br /> MARTHA BOWMAN, BANKRUPTCY TRUSTEE <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The former Cal Fane Supply facility is at 1922 and 2040 West Washington Street, Stockton. The <br /> business consisted of the storage, distribution, and packaging of fertilizers and pesticides. The company <br /> went bankrupt in_and the site investigation and cleanup is currently being performed under <br /> direction of the bankruptcy trustee. Groundwater is contaminated with nitrate, ammonia, various <br /> pesticides, and petroleum products. <br /> This monitoring and reporting program (MRP) is issued pursuant to Section 13267 of the California <br /> Water Code. Prior to the installation of monitoring or extraction wells,the Discharger shall submit <br /> plans and specifications to the Board for review and approval. Once installed, all new wells shall be <br /> added to the MRP, and shall be sampled and analyzed according to the schedule below. <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING <br /> There are seven monitoring wells at the site, as shown in Figure 1. The groundwater monitoring <br /> program for wells MW-1 through MW-4, MW-6 through MW-8, and any wells installed subsequent to <br /> adoption of this MRP, shall include the list below. Sample collection and analysis shall follow standard <br /> EPA protocol.
