In the interest of maintaining the schedule, Mr. Infurna assigned permit SR#011917 to the 201 Main Street site to allow drilling on Sunday March 23, 1997, with the understanding that the access agreement for the 501 Weber Street site would be delivered to Mri Infurna at the site on Saturday March 22, 1997.
