Investigation Derived Waste ("IDW") generated during this investigation will include level <br /> D protective clothing and decontamination rinsate. IDW will be placed in Department of <br /> Transportation approved 55-gallon drums and temporarily stored at the Site, pending waste <br /> profiling and manifesting. IDW will be transported off-site and disposed of at an approved <br /> facility. <br /> 3.4 Task 4—Report Preparation <br /> A report summarizing the results of the activities associated with this Work Plan will be <br /> prepared. The report will include: <br /> 1. A summary of work tasks completed as part of this field investigation; <br /> 2. Tables,maps, figures, and appendices summarizing the data collected during the <br /> field activities; <br /> 3. Certified laboratory reports; <br /> 4. Boring logs describing the soil sampled; <br /> 5. A statistical analysis of the soil data conducted using ProUCL 4.1, EPA 2010 to <br /> determine background soil concentrations; and <br /> 6.
