5.0 PROJECT REPORTING AND SCHEDULE <br /> Following completion of the field investigation,a report will be prepared <br /> summarizing the investigation activities executed in accordance with this <br /> Workplan. If the work deviates from this Workplan,the differences will <br /> be documented and supported in the report. <br /> The investigation report will include: <br /> • Summary of investigation activities,including field methodologies and <br /> subsurface conditions encountered; <br /> • Soil investigation sample results; <br /> • Quality assurance/quality control report for the analytical results;and <br /> • Conclusions and recommendations. <br /> The planned schedule of activities includes: <br /> Task Duration <br /> Fieldwork including soil boring . Permitting - 1 week <br /> advancement,soil sample collection,and <br /> monitoring well installation . Utility clearances - 1 week <br /> .
