S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNTY <br /> RCRA Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> PNP Stockton#80 3927 E CLARK DR, STOCKTON October 10, 2019 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 403 CCR 66265.173 Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br /> -One drain pan was observed approximately 1/4 full of liquid underneath a black Ford in the customer yard without a <br /> lid. <br /> -One cardboard box of empty vehicle fluid containers was observed in the material storage area of the production <br /> yard without a lid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 405 CCR 66265.176 Failed to store ignitable or reactive waste containers at least 50 feet from the property line. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility is storing ignitable or reactive waste closer than 50 feet from a property line. <br /> -Flammable aerosols are being stored against the western fence line of the property. <br /> -A 1000 gallon tank of gasoline is located on the southern outside wall of the drain building within 50 feet of the <br /> property line. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Containers holding ignitable or reactive waste shall be located at least 15 meters (50 <br /> feet)from the facility's property line. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately move all ignitable or reactive waste containers more than 50 feet from all <br /> property boundaries.
