SMTH SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> Job Name: Coca-Cola Stockton Distribution Facility <br /> Job Location: 1100 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California <br /> Client Name: Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. <br /> Project Number: 94-318 <br /> ' General Work Description: Advance three soil borings to a depth of approximately <br /> 30 feet below grade in vicinity of a former underground <br /> gasoline storage tank. A total of 6 soil samples will be <br /> ' collected for analyses. <br /> SSP Prepared by: Jeanne Homsey <br /> ' On-site Safety Officer: William Madison <br /> ' Project Safety Officer: Jeanne Homsey <br /> This site safety and health plan (SSP) must be kept on-site and accessible to all on-site <br /> employees during all phases of site operations. The SSP must be reviewed and signed by <br /> all on-site employees, subcontractors, and visitors prior to entering the site. General safe <br /> ' work practices are identified in the Smith Environmental Technologies Corporation <br /> (SMTH) Injury and Illness Prevention Manual and apply to all SMTH work sites. <br /> ' The provisions set-forth in this SSP shall apply to SMTH employees and any subcontractors <br /> working for SMTH at the job site. All personnel working for SMTH at the job site must <br /> read this SSP, and sign the attached Compliance Agreement before entering the work area. <br /> ' Field personnel may deviate from the safety provisions set-forth in this SSP, but only to <br /> upgrade or increase the safety requirements. SMTH personnel may suspend work if unsafe <br /> working conditions are identified or observed, or unauthorized modifications to the safety <br /> provisions set-forth in this SSP are made. If changes in site or working conditions require <br /> changes in safety procedures, appropriate amendments to this SSP will be provided by the <br /> SMTH project manager or supervisor, with the written approval of a SMTH branch safety <br /> ' officer or the SMTH Health and Safety Director. <br />
