(RESNA) to provide <br /> engineering, geology, and construction services for an interum remediation system at the <br /> Stockton facility. Work has begun on this project. <br /> Scone of Work <br /> The initial phase of the work includes: <br /> o A Soil Vapor Extraction Test (The test is scheduled for November 12 at 9 00 <br /> am, and RESNA personnel will be at the site all day See the enclosed <br /> notification letter to the Air District for additional data on the test) <br /> o An Addendum to the Remedial Action Plan to update the regulatory agencies <br /> on the project <br /> o Preparation of Construction Plans and Specifications <br /> o Permitting for Construction and Operation of the Remediation System <br />• (including Air Permits, City Building Department Permit and Fire <br /> Department Permit) <br /> 0 Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring and Reporting <br />
