i <br /> 10.0 EMERGENCY RESPONSE AND CONTINGENCY PROCEDURES <br /> This section provides information regarding the action(s) to be taken by Radian <br /> site personnel in the event of certain reasonably foreseeable emergencies The information <br /> provided in this section should not be construed as all-inclusive as each emergency situation may <br /> be unique and should not take precedence over professional judgments made during an incident <br /> This section provides guidance so that logical judgments can be made <br /> i <br /> 10.1 Pre-emergency Plannin <br /> Pre-emergency planning for this project will involve the following <br /> i <br /> • Development and approval of this Emergency Response Plan (ERP), <br /> • Coordination of the ERP with The Chevron Pipe Line Company and local <br /> health and emergency response agencies, <br /> • Training of site personnel in appropnate emergency procedures, and <br /> I <br /> • Modification of the ERP, whenever necessary, as work progresses <br /> 10.2 Anticipated Types of Emergencies <br /> Various emergency situations could possibly occur during work at the Roberts <br /> Property site These situations may include but not be limited to include <br /> i <br /> • Fire/explosion <br /> • Personal injury/illness <br /> • Chemical spill <br /> • Chemical releases to off-site receptors <br /> The remaining sections of the plan provides information and procedures to be <br /> followed in the event any of these scenarios occur(individually or in tandem) <br /> l0-1 <br />
