The permittee shall maintain adequate sight distance during installation, <br /> maintenance, or sampling of the wells, Additionally,service trucks shall not obstruct <br /> pedestrian paths, driveways, and sidewalks, <br /> 13. The Permittee has posted security of$4,500.00(four thousand five hundred dollars) <br /> with the City of Stockton, which will remain in effect during the life of this permit. <br /> 14. Upon completion of water monitoring, the wells shall be abandoned in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin Public Health Services. <br /> I 15. The permittee shall be wholly responsible to adjust all well boxes/vaults to any and <br /> II all grade changes that occur in the subject area due to construction, demolition, or <br /> any other occurrence. <br /> 16.
