their actual on-site work, as described in the Work Plan, will take fifteen (15) <br /> consecutive weekdays of actual on-site work during the term of this Agreement. <br /> Licensees hereby agree to pay Licensor a fee of$7,500 to compensate Licensor <br /> for any parking disruption related to Licensees' performance of the work <br /> ("Parking Disruption"), as described in the Work Plan, during the fifteen (15) <br /> consecutive weekday period, as referenced above. If Licensees' performance of <br /> the work described in the Work Plan requires more than fifteen(15) consecutive <br /> weekdays of actual on-site work, Licensees hereby agree to pay Licensor <br /> additional compensation of$7,500 for each additional period of fifteen (15) <br /> consecutive weekdays during the term of this Agreement to compensate Licensor <br /> for any additional Parking Disruption. In consideration of these payments, and <br /> notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, Licensor hereby releases <br /> and forever discharges Licensees, and each of them, from payment of any and all <br /> claims relating in any way to or arising from any parking disruption. <br /> 4. In giving the release provided in Section 3 of this Agreement,the Parties <br /> expressly waive any rights or benefits that they may have or might obtain <br /> pursuant to section 1542 of the California Civil Code("Section 1542")that <br /> provides as follows: <br /> A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICII THE <br /> CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR <br /> HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH <br /> IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED <br /> HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR. <br /> 3 293554.1 <br />
