The following is a <br /> summary of events and key points made during the meeting. The meeting agenda was prepared <br /> by GSE and SECOR and distributed by Robert Traylor via email on August 24, 2005.A sign in <br /> sheet was circulated by Mary Serra. <br /> The following presents the discussions that took place during the meeting, following the Agenda <br /> provided by Robert Traylor. <br /> 1. Background <br /> Rusty Benkosky began the meeting with a discussion of previous occupants at the Parcel 2A site <br /> and a summary of current Responsible Parties (RPs). <br /> Tracy Sizemore added clarification to timeline of when each RP owned/operated at the site. <br /> In response to a question about demolition of previous structures at the site from Mary Serra, <br /> Kitty Walker stated that the RDA did the demolition at both the L&M Operable Unit(OU)and the <br /> Unocal OU. <br /> Rusty provided a discussion of the highlights of the Settlement Agreement between the RDA and <br /> ConocoPhillips and Chevron: <br /> • September 28, 2009 deadline to meet specific health-based clean-up goals. <br /> • RWQCB shall provide oversight. <br /> • Soil cleanup to residential standards at Parcel 2A. <br /> • Pipelines on Unocal OU are to be dealt with by the RDA <br /> Mary stated that the RWQCB does not have a copy of the Settlement Agreement. <br /> 1 <br />
