Three uncapped open-ended pipelines
were located in excavations EX-1-A3, EX-5, and EX-5-A. Based on field observations, residual
petroleum may be present in the open ended pipelines located in excavations EX-1-A3 and EX-5.
The open ended pipeline located in EX-5-A and the wood capped pipelines located in EX-1-C
appeared to be generally free of residual petroleum.
If there are any questions, please call us at(916) 861-0400.
Sincerely,
SECOR International, Incorporated
Thomas Y.Project Geo og st Parker EiLEO GFOlC
At GAVAN4,NRICH V;
/1 Y! •/e /4P1 No. 7572
M.
