Phase 11 Environmental Site Assessment <br /> Multi-Modal Station <br /> Stockton,San Joaquin County,Caltfomia <br /> Page 12 <br /> • No groundwater samples were collected from detection borings DBK5-843-1 and DBK5- <br /> 843-2 Access to this property (843 E Weber Avenue) was terminated by the property <br /> owner's legal council subsequent to the advancement of these borings but before groundwater <br /> elevation data and groundwater samples could be collected Access to the property was <br /> granted three days after the advancement of the borings for purposes of grouting the open <br /> boreholes <br /> No visual or PID indications of contamination were noted during the investigation activities at Block 5 <br /> 5.2.7 Block 6 <br /> From May 28 to May 29, 2002, five Geoprobe borings and four detection borings were installed on three <br /> parcels of Block 6 Geoprobe, detection, and hydropunch boring locations for Block 5 is presented in <br /> Figure 11, Appendix A <br /> One detection boring(DBK6-128-1)was installed at 128 N Aurora, a paved parking area <br /> ➢ Two Geoprobe borings (GBK6-915-1 and GBK6-915-2) and one detection boring (DBK6-915-1) <br /> were installed inside the building at 915 E Weber Avenue, an auto body repair shop <br /> ■ Detection boring DBK6-915-1 met refusal at a depth of 20 feet bgs and therefore, <br /> groundwater samples were not collected <br /> ➢ Three Geoprobe borings (GBK6-931-1 through GBK6-931-3) and two detection borings (DBK6- <br /> 931-1 and DBK6-931-2)were installed at 931 E Weber Avenue <br /> ■ Detection boring DBK6-931-1 was installed in the parking area comprising the southern <br /> portion of the property and the remaining borings were installed inside the building <br /> occupying the northern portion of the property <br /> o A strong odor and elevated PID readings were noted at GBK6-931-1, the first Geoprobe <br /> boring advanced inside of the building located at 931 E Weber Avenue The boring <br /> location was selected to correspond to an existing hole in the concrete floor in the <br /> northwest corner of the building The impacted soil did not appear to be widespread as no <br /> indication of contamination was observed in the adjacent borings GBK6-931-2 and <br /> GBK6-931-3, located approximately six and 20 feet away from GBK6-931-1, <br /> respectively <br /> 5 2.8 Laboratory Analytical Results <br /> The laboratory analytical results for the soil and groundwater samples collected from the direct push <br /> borings are presented in Tables 1 through 10, in the following sections The results of the soil and <br /> groundwater samples collected from the borings advanced in the right-of-way are presented separately <br /> with respect to the results of the soil and groundwater samples collected from private properties and are <br /> located in Tables 1 and 2 The results of these soil and groundwater samples collected from private <br /> properties are presented in separate tables for each one-block portion of the site (Tables 3 through 10) <br /> The sample identification indicates the boring designation, parcel street addresses, and depth(s) or date of <br /> sample collection <br /> For the purposes of this report, the tables only contain data for constituents that were detected at or above <br /> the laboratory reporting limits in at least one sample from a given block Tables presenting the complete <br /> laboratory analytical results are included in Appendix E Copies of laboratory analytical results and chain- <br /> of-custody records for the samples are included in Appendix F <br /> w <br /> �+c� CONDOR <br />
