I agree that capturing paint drips is an effective <br />house keeping practice, but because the paint was determined to be waste it has to be managed as such. The contents of the container could be transfered to another <br />container that has a start date on it or the container be considered a satellite container. I have attached a fact sheet for accumulation time for HW generators. <br />Also if you are no longer going to use the 500 gallon portable diesel fuel tank, what will be done with the tank? If the tank is left empty, the residuals inside should be <br />managed properly.
