Madison Site <br />#88 <br />Location: Waste Storage Area <br />Material: 4 each 55 gallons used oil, 1 each 55 gallon drum of waste absorbent, 1 each 55 gallon <br />drum of waste paint from puncturing aerosol cans. <br />Action: North valley oil has been scheduled to pick up the used oil and the waste absorbent. <br />Copies of receipts of disposal will be sent within 30 days. We have made arrangements <br />for North Valley Oil to collect our used oil every 6 months. <br />We have discontinued using the aerosol can puncturing device and will dispose of the <br />waste paint at the San Joaquin County HHW facility. Now and in the future, empty <br />aerosol cans are to be placed in our regular trash. Unusable aerosol cans that are not <br />empty but can't be used will be disposed of at San Joaquin County HHW facility. <br />7. 345 S. Madison Site <br />#94 <br />Location: South West outside comer of paint booth <br />Material: 1 each 500 gallon portable diesel fuel tank <br />Action: We have used all the diesel fuel in the tank and will discontinue the use of this tank. By <br />eliminating the use of this tank on our site we will avoid the requirement of a SPCC plan. <br />8. 123 W. Sonora Site <br />#10 <br />Location: Machine shop <br />Material: Metal shavings from machining operations <br />Action: We have made arrangements with our regular metal recycler to provide containers and <br />collect and recycle the metal shavings. <br />9. 123 W. Sonora Site <br />#10 <br />Location: Band saw <br />Material: Used spill socks <br />Action: The used spill socks were only partially used. The socks were put in a labeled 5 gallon <br />bucket. They will be saved and used for future oil spill absorption needs. <br />10. 123 W. Sonora Site <br />JCZ�� <br />Issue: Manifest #000036443GBF- 11/16/06, not signed <br />Action: The hauler, North Valley Oil, was contacted and a request was made for the signed copy <br />of the manifest.
