3. 345 S. Madison Site
#10
Location: Paint Booth
Material: 1 each 20 gallon container partially filled cured paint
Action: This container has been on our site for about 15 years. It is a convenient size and shape
to allow our painter to hang the motorized paint mixing rotor in to catch the drippings
after mixing paint. The contents are therefore hundreds of layers of cured paint
drippings.
We believe that this is a good house keeping practice; to let the drippings fall into the
container as opposed to allowing the paint to drip on the floor. It does not seem practical
or reasonable to dispose of this container every 180 days. With your approval, we will
properly dispose of this container when it becomes too full to be useful for the above
purpose.
4. 345 S. Madison Site
#10
Location: Waste Storage Area
Material: 2 %2 and 5 gallon containers of fuel
Action: These containers were used to collect inadvertently mixed diesel/gasoline fuel from a
vehicle fuel tank. We will properly dispose of this material. Copies of receipts of
disposal will be sent within 30 days.
5. 345 S.
