A 55 gallon steel drum of used oil, absorbent materials overflowing from a black bucket, and used <br />paint filters were observed unlabeled in the hazardous waste storage area. Paint waste was observed in <br />an unlabeled metal can in the paint booth. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the <br />following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties (flammable, corrosive, reactive, toxic) <br />4. physical state (liquid, solid) <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all <br />the required information. <br />REPEAT VIOLATION <br />Notice to Comply - Minor violations: (119, 804, 808, 809) <br />119. The hazardous waste at this facility is being hauled under EPA ID number CAD982348930, which <br />belongs to the NJ McCutchen facility across the street, at 123 W. Sonora. A generator who transports, <br />or offers for transportation, hazardous waste, shall prepare a manifest in accordance with Title 22 <br />regulations, including the generator's correct EPA ID number and the correct address information. <br />Immediately make all necessary corrections and notifications with DTSC to ensure that all wastes are <br />properly identified under the correct EPA ID number and addresses. Immediately begin using the <br />correct EPA ID number for this facility. Ensure that all future hazardous waste is handled under the <br />correct EPA ID number and generator address. <br />804. Used fluorescent bulbs were observed stored open and uncontainerized on the dock. Universal <br />waste lamps shall be contained in a closed container or package that is structurally sound, adequate to <br />prevent breakage, and compatible with the contents of the lamp. Immediately containerize all universal <br />waste fluorescent lamps/bulbs in accordance with Title 22 regulations. <br />808. Used fluorescent bulbs and electronic waste were observed unlabeled on the dock. A 5 gallon <br />buckets of universal waste batteries was observed without the words universal waste.'
