Madison St., Stockton <br />Program: HW <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />808. (continued) <br />Immediately label these wastes and ensure that all universal wastes are labeled with the required <br />information. <br />809. Facility was unable to demonstrate the amount of time used fluorescent bulbs and electronic <br />wastes were stored on site. A generator of universal waste shall accumulate universal waste for no <br />longer than one year from the date the waste was generated. Immediately dispose of this waste as <br />universal waste and submit a copy of the disposal record to the EHD by December 21, 2011. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by December 21, <br />2011 along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br />violation and any supporting paperwork. <br />"Unable to determine the amount of waste generated in 2010 due to a lack of accurate disposal <br />records. <br />Note: (corrected on site) <br />Two AA batteries were observed in a trash container in the welding shop. No person shall knowingly, or <br />with reckless disregard for the risk, treat, handle, transport, dispose, or store any hazardous waste in a <br />manner which causes an unreasonable risk of fire, explosion, serious injury, or death.
