Used oil filters <br />must be stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked with an <br />accumulation start date. The filters were placed in a closed, labeled container at the time of inspection. <br />Since it cannot be determined how long the filters have been on site, immediately recycle these filters <br />under a bill of lading and submit a copy of the bill of lading to the EHD by December 27, 2012. <br />- The spill container for the used oil and used antifreeze was observed with standing liquid and rags in <br />the bottom. All facility communications and alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br />equipment, and decontamination equipment, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its <br />proper operation in time of emergency. Spill containment shall be maintained clean and dry at all times <br />so as to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity.
