Harding, Stockton Daeection <br />Name: p Address: 1/6/2014 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to <br />Comply: #108, 122/125, 127, 128, 611, 701, 812, 910/912, 999 <br />108. One box of brake grinding waste by the sanding lathe requires hazardous waste determination. <br />Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. <br />Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, <br />or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title <br />22. Also, size of hazardous waste metal particles must be determined before they can be recycled as <br />scrap metal. Hazardous metal particles 100 microns or smaller cannot be recycled but must be handled <br />as hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was <br />managed by 02/06/2014. <br />122 & 125. Copies o hazardou last three years o �,rvaste disposal records (except October 2013 for <br />used oil) were not foun on site, to which generator stated at their book-keeper off site.
