Harding, Stockton Daeection Name: p Address: 1/6/2014 SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: #108, 122/125, 127, 128, 611, 701, 812, 910/912, 999 108. One box of brake grinding waste by the sanding lathe requires hazardous waste determination. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Also, size of hazardous waste metal particles must be determined before they can be recycled as scrap metal. Hazardous metal particles 100 microns or smaller cannot be recycled but must be handled as hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by 02/06/2014. 122 & 125. Copies o hazardou last three years o �,rvaste disposal records (except October 2013 for used oil) were not foun on site, to which generator stated at their book-keeper off site. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by 02/06/2014. ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
