A copy of each bill of <br />lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of lading for used oil filters <br />for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD. <br />Observed a 55 -gallon drum of drained used oil filters not marked with the accumulation start date. Used oil filters shall <br />be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as "drained used oil filters," and marked <br />with an accumulation start date. Immediately mark the date and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this <br />way. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by March 6, 2016. <br />Notes: A verbal consent to inspect, photograph and take sample was given by Dave Tucker, Lead Mechanic who <br />stated that he is authorized to give consent.
